Job Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals and referrals

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Ensure timely closure of open positions
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)

Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Experience Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced (2–5 years) can apply
Additional Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
