Job Title:
Sewing Threads Operator
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate sewing thread production machines efficiently
- Maintain quality standards during production
- Handle and feed raw materials properly
- Perform thread winding, checking, and packing tasks
- Meet daily production targets on time
- Follow supervisor instructions and safety guidelines
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Report basic machine issues or faults to supervisors
Educational Qualification:
5th to 12th Pass
Experience Requirements:
Fresher can apply
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be physically fit and ready for shift work
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment
- Ability to follow safety rules and company policies
- Basic understanding of machine operations is a plus (not mandatory)
- Teamwork attitude and discipline required
- Candidates must carry valid ID proof and basic documents
- Willing to stay in company accommodation (if required)
Compensation & Other Benefits
Stipend: ₹11,390 per month
